Found something that does not work?
Tell us what went wrong and we will fix it. It takes about two minutes, and you do not need an account or a phone number.
What makes a good report
The more exactly we can repeat the problem, the faster we can fix it.
- One problem per report. If you found two, send two.
- Say which page it happened on. A link, or a path such as /contact, is enough.
- List the steps one per line, starting from a freshly loaded page.
- Say what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Add a link to a screenshot if you have one. Never include passwords, card numbers or OTP codes.
- Your browser, device and screen size are filled in for you. Change them if they are wrong.
